I joined MZ as a creative manager and helped create a marketing presence through effective strategies and strong design direction backed by thorough market analysis. I worked closely with our video, localization, and web teams. I forecasted ad creative performance through AB testing and data analysis, driving high CTR and low CPIs creating 2x lift of performance on $1M+ spend campaigns across multiple global games and game launches.

As the first designer for ad operations, I started Drawbridge's ad ops creative services team, which serviced a book of business that reached $3M for Q4 of 2017. I worked on over 250 different clients, completing thousands of ads. I led my team in building interactive rich media ads, interactive videos, HTML creatives, cross-device creatives, sequential and dynamic creatives. I on boarded new partners to continually be on the cutting edge of ad design. I worked across several departments and developed multiple analytical projects to improve performance by more than 3x for our top tier clients.

I was part of a talented engineer team where I provided and executed creative direction for the client platform in order to guide users along a path to a set of predetermined goals, from purchasing remnant ad space to getting in touch with our sales team leading to improved online lead conversions + product sales. I also worked to create many different aspects of the business system, from T-shirts, to business cards, to presentation decks. As the sole designer, I worked on all in-house creative assets from magazine, to billboard, to radio, until ultimately we pivoted into digital and I worked on mobile and desktop creatives.
2009 - Present
I have over 9 years of design experience, working on a range of projects from UI/UX web design and development to employee handbooks and branding. I designed and brought to print a 60-page magazine called Kusheen that has grown its presence into 1000’s of followers. I have trained myself to be on the edge of new print and web design trends.
